How long is the lease on the storage unit?
All our storage units are leased on a month-to-month basis, and leaseholders can renew their contract as often as they like.
What can I store in my unit?
You can store all your personal belongings, such as furniture, sports equipment, boxes, chairs, mattresses, household appliances, etc.
When can I access my storage unit?
You can access you storage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you do need help from our staff, our offices are open from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:30, and Friday, 08:00 to 15:00.
Is there anything I can’t store in my unit?
You cannot store perishables or improperly packaged food items, gasoline, motor oil, batteries, flammable materials, used tires, firearms, fireworks, explosives or hazardous substances, any objects or products that emit a perceptible odour or that could harm the landlord or other leaseholders of storage units at 1215 Mini-Entrepôts.
Do you sell padlocks?
Yes, we sell high-quality padlocks ideally suited for our self-storage units.
What kind of insurance do you offer?
Before storing your belongings, you should find out from your home insurance provider whether your policy covers belongings kept in a self-storage unit.
Can large trucks and trailers access 1215 Mini-Entrepôts?
Our self-storage facilities have been designed so that even the largest moving trucks can easily enter and exit our lot. Our loading bay provides dock-level access. A forklift is also available—during office hours—to help you move your belongings. However, outside of office hours, you can only access the premises in a car or van through the security gate, not in a large moving truck.
Do you accept deliveries of packages to your self-storage facilities?
Yes, we accept deliveries and will hold your package for you until you can retrieve it and take it to your unit.
What should I do if my key card stops working or isn’t working properly?
First, you should check if your unit’s rent was paid on the date it was due. If it wasn’t, you should arrange payment with our staff during office hours. If your rent is all paid up, then your key card has to be replaced. Please contact us by phone or drop by our offices during business hours so we can issue you a new key card (from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:30, and Friday, 08:00 to 15:00).
